Who is LabPilot designed for?

LabPilot is designed for laboratories, mobile phlebotomy organizations, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare providers coordinating orders, collection workflows, dispatch, and specimen logistics.

Can anyone create a public account?

No. LabPilot is an organization-managed platform. Users are invited or provisioned by authorized administrators.

Does LabPilot support mobile phlebotomy workflows?

Yes. Mobile users can view assigned orders, follow collection steps, access route context, manage shift state, and coordinate status updates.

How do we request a demo?

Use the demo request form or email support@labpilotapp.com with your organization name, locations, team type, and current workflow needs.

Where are security questions handled?
