What the first Admin should complete

Once the first Organization Administrator signs in, the goal is to make the lab operational without opening PHI or order workflows to the wrong people.

Verify company profileConfirm lab name, address, contact email, support phone, and operational locations.
Invite core usersAdd managers, collection specialists, couriers, sales users, and physicians with the correct role.
Configure test requirementsLoad the lab's test catalog, specimen tubes, handling notes, prep rules, and rejection criteria.
Choose order intake pathsDecide whether orders start by manual entry, CSV import, OCR review, SFTP, HL7, FHIR, or patient requests.
Prepare schedulingSet service areas, availability windows, lead time rules, and patient scheduling link expectations.
Run a first orderCreate a safe test order, assign or schedule it, confirm status transitions, and review reports.
