- Foreground location: Used for route mapping, ETA calculation, and navigation to patient appointments
- Background location: Collected during active phlebotomy shifts only, to provide real-time tracking for dispatchers and accurate mileage records
Camera
- Used for scanning order barcodes and capturing document images, such as requisition forms and specimen labels
- Photos are uploaded to your organization's secure storage and are not shared externally
Push Notifications
- Device tokens are collected to deliver order assignments, schedule updates, and shift alerts
2. How We Use Your Information
- Managing and dispatching laboratory specimen collection orders
- Scheduling phlebotomy appointments with patients
- Providing route optimization and real-time ETA to dispatchers
- Generating audit trails for compliance and quality assurance
- Sending time-sensitive notifications about order assignments and status changes
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Authentication is managed through secure token-based workflows
- All data is partitioned by organization so your company's data is isolated from other organizations

- Authorized administrators within your organization
- You, as the data subject
- Service providers necessary for app operation, including cloud infrastructure services

Your data is retained for the duration of your employment with your organization's LabPilot account. Upon account deletion or organizational offboarding, personal data is removed within 30 days. Audit logs required for regulatory compliance may be retained longer as required by law.
